广州南沙这座昔日的岛丘错落的海湾现已一跃成为粤港澳大湾区的几何中心，作为连接两岸三地的枢纽，高速的城市化进程渐渐改变着南沙的面貌，高密度的发展侵蚀着过去海水连天、岛丘错落的自然氛围。Aedas受业主委托在此打造了一座办公住宅综合体南沙建滔广场，设计力图为快速发展的地区打造一处放松宜人的空间，让建筑与自然融为一体，在水天一色的广州最南端，构筑一道“城市之门”。
